Are anons getting more retarded? I know everyone else has pointed this out but I look at this take I cant possibly imagine a Human being with thoughts and feelings like me coming up with such a bottom feeding take. This behavior is more consistent with an ape mashing keys on a typewriter or perhaps a malicious artificial intelligence.

To be clear we don't actually know this is true. Well, in fact one of his disciples, Judas, did abandon him, but besides that, all we have for most of the disciples to tell us they stuck with Christianity to the end is much later legends and traditions, not sources close to them.

If I recall correctly, Paul's letters mention Peter, John, and James (but maybe not one of the Jameses from the 12 disciples?) and the Acts of the Apostles mostly cares about Peter and Paul and doesn't say what the other apostles were up to beyond the immediate aftermath of Jesus's resurrection, and that's about it. What happened to Thomas? Philip? Bartholomew? The way apologists tell it, they all faced severe persecution yet refused to deny that they saw Jesus raised from the dead even to save their own lives, but in we have little to no evidence of this.
