I have a "tactic" that I have used since my youth
basically, when I fall in love with a woman, if rationality and how the man-woman dynamic today is rubbish, I read feminist articles and passages and if necessary, see posts about women being terrible and anti-men, then I feel sad when I know how much women despise men and I project this onto all women and I like this one, in less than 15 minutes, I forget about her hahaha I did this 3 days before going on a date I felt so uncomfortable with the female treatment, that my head removed the passion

This is irrelevant. I wanted to get rid of the feelings I had for her, so even if this projection is "totalizing", it is an incredible remedy. Besides, nowadays feminism is part of the female mentality, it is quite possible that she had at least some kind of feminist remnants.
