Sexual bonding is bonding just like any other kind of bonding. If the child says yes to it, it's morally neutral. People who teach kids that human sexuality is something evil are the real child abusers.

The issue or "wrong" thing about it is that in free market late game capitalism you're left with a lot of people who never grow up and you're left with a population crisis where the number can't go up if you're losing manpower to make number go up.
The pornography bans are now discussed to make people hornier and go out to fuck. The issue with promiscuity is that we've created a situation where women entered the workforce which isn't inherently bad, but now it's expected of every citizen to have dual income to support their family from both parents, and thus everything in our economy is centered around dual income families and priced as such. Therefore it is morally irresponsible to be promiscuous and bring more lives into this world or procreate willynilly since you can impregnate and move on before the mother ever realizes.
This leads to them becoming reliant on socialism. Which is bad to unrestricted capitalisms ideology.
If you're going to reply that these are all manufactured issues based on the social and economic structures as let govern out society, yes, that'd be correct.
