One is YHWH of Samaria and the other YHWH of Teman. Samaria, a Syrian-Canaanite city, traded metals with Teman, an Arab city of Edom. YHWH is an Arab god of Edom, the Bible itself says that he came from Mount Seir.
It is likely that Samaria adopted YHWH from Edom as a secondary god

The goddess in the back is Ashera

El and YHWH were represented as oxen

Canaa was an Egyptian domain from the XVIII dinasty until the 9th century BC, when Sheshonk invaded Israel. Of course there would be cultural influences.

The first time the name YHW appears is on an Egyptian stele from the XVIII dinasty (1350bC) speaking of the Shasu nomads. Shasu means bandits, nomads, thieves. Probably Arab bandits who worshipped this god YHW.

There was a Jewish community on the island of Elephantine in the Nile River

there was a Jewish community on Elephantine Island in the Nile River, and the evidence suggests they were not familiar with the story of Moses and the Exodus from Egypt. Archaeological discoveries, particularly the Elephantine Papyri, reveal a Jewish community with its own temple and distinct practices, seemingly unaware of or not adhering to narratives central to mainstream Jewish tradition.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
The Elephantine Papyri:
These Aramaic documents, dating from the 5th century BCE, provide valuable insights into the lives of this Jewish community.
Temple and Practices:
The community had its own temple dedicated to Yahweh, where animal sacrifices were performed. Their religious practices, as evidenced in the papyri, differed significantly from those described in the Torah.
Lack of Familiarity with Moses:
The papyri make no mention of Moses, the Exodus, or the covenant at Sinai, suggesting that these core narratives of Jewish identity were not part of their religious framework.

The images are of Bes, not Yahweh. This has been endlessly discussed.

No, they are of Babi. The reason why the Cohenites murdered Aaron and Moses was because they considered themselves the heirs of Babi - Osiris' bastard son that they felt had been snuffed of power by the Pharaoh, Horus worshippers as well as Israel.
