Because jewry and the sodomization/rape of gentile children are inextricable. The Talmud doesn't necessarily tell them to rape children, but it does proscribe that dowry still should be paid or received should the "jewish" woman or man respectively have been involved in sex acts involving people of extremely young age. Pair that with their ethno-supremacist world view and explicitly sanctioned murder of gentile children, and you get a state like Israel.
