Why would Adam and Eve need to eat from the Tree of Life and be given immortality if death didn't already exist?
We know evil already existed, Satan was already in the Garden, why wouldn't death?
And Just as Christ's sacrifice retroactively saved Moses, Abraham and the others before him, why couldn't his sacrifice also save the dinosaurs?

You realize things died prior to the fall of man? The death spoken about in Genesis is a sort of spiritual death, not a physical one. Cancer, likewise, is a physical death not a spiritual one.
