Jews are a historically privileged race who had a near monopoly on pretty much all desirable societal roles for thousands of years and were uniquely protected against harm and abuse. As an entire race they have the least reason to be anti-natalist.

The original jew laws the charlemagne created made it so jews couldn't be forced to work as anything except merchants, bankers, government bureaucrats, they were basically granted a pseudo-monopoly on white-collar urban professional jobs, Jews themselves agitated to be allowed to do more undesirable blue collar trades jobs over the course of hundreds of years but resulting in the laws becoming more permissive but they still couldn't be forced into agriculture pseudo-slavery or mines like white people, and for the most part they probably had their pick of the best trades jobs, hence why jews have last names like "Goldberg" and white people have last names like "Smith". Charlemagne's Jew laws also made the word of a jew worth the word of like a dozen gentiles and it made every jew in France answerable only to the king, basically giving them the equivalent of HRE "imperial immediacy" to protect them against abuses or even lawful prosecution by lesser nobles, the clergy, bourgeois authorities unless they were the king's magistrates/lawful royal authorities in the city. Jews want you to associate the word "ghetto" with urban poverty but in actual fact "ghettos" in the medieval era were basically gated communities where the "rich people" lived, it was a legal requirement that they had "better" houses than gentiles (stone instead of wattle and daub).

Persecutions against jews like the holocaust were significantly motivated by resentment at the jews better standard of living.
