Say i made a technology that nanomachine goo that you can load on a missile and it will kill anything organic it finds in a radius of a city leaving only small holes into structurrs to find prey.
Would it be morally evil to sell it?
Would the damage it causes be my fault?

Yes. Although it's a moot point since that kind of tech is not created by individuals who have the option to just not use it or share it.
