The difference is that Jews are actually extremely rich and do actually hold control over financial and media institutions internationally. As far as I know, Koreans in Japan are not extremely rich nor do they control Japanese banks and media. If they did then they would just guilt trip Japanese constantly over past Japanese atrocities, but that's not happening.
