I'm already assuming that's what happens. We like to run circles around ourselves coming up with explanations of what COULD happen, how we DON'T KNOW FOR SURE, but if we put aside our personal desire to not cease to be, it's just the most obvious answer. As many have repeated ad nauseam here, there was nothing for billions of year before, so there's no reason it shouldn't be nothing for billions of years after we die.
