The fine tuner argument has moved into Physics and such, rather than 'intelligent design' wich was always kind of dumb.

The intelligence is inherent in the animal itself who partakes in evolution partly by consciously guiding it.
Anyway, the Bible is pure fantasy. I just wanted to comment because I was so intrigued by snail anatomy which I have never seen before. I think the snail can move out of the way a bit to poop, but this arrangement might be a useful survival mechanism for lower order animals like snails. The snail can easily refeed on its own shit if food is scarce.

Yes, the same with evolution, for example

I honestly don't think a snail gives a shit whether it is shitting on itself. It serves the purpose of an animal that has no concept of self but pure instinct. To extract it out of the shell so it doesn't accumulate to harbor disease and infection.

Maybe God wanted a weird animal that shits on its own head. Ever thought of that?

That's not all.
Male snails only really mate from their right side due to their shells.
In the odd chance that a snails shell spirals to the the right, then they'll likely never be able to mate.

Why were living organisms created to appear in every way as if they had evolved, when they actually haven't? Is God a prankster?

He also put very confusing bones in the Earth that look a lot like living creatures but are subtly different as if animals had slowly morphed over time across thousands of generations.

It's called worldbuilding. Tolkien created thousands of years of history in a few short years. Why couldn't God create billions in just a few days?

Why do animals have to have DNA in common? Well, it's so that viroids don't attack only one sort of animal in the food chain breaking the ecosystem and causing all organisms thus to die.

In God's wisdom he gave animals a common genetic structure, so that if there's a viroid outbreak they are all hit equally, without imbalance in the food chain.
