Who are the greater and whole Israel? That is probably one of the most important questions in the whole of theology. If you say literally everyone then you are wrong because then salvation makes no sense, can't save a people that is everyone from everyone. Of course you get those who say that salvation doesn't mean literally saving a people from being destroyed, but that is retardedly wrong if you know anything about it.
The question was settled by the definition of the God of gods... back when the enterprise launched, who was of a god was just common knowledge. Everyone that could trace the ancestry of their people to a god knew that was who they are and why they exist. On two thousand odd years or so later and the secularized, bastardized classification of "white" is the last vestige in the living memory of most people that was meant to represent that original group, greater whole israel.
