You can’t, that is if we’re speaking of the sovereign creative potential within every individual: the Imago Dei, the divine spark that Nicholas of Cusa defined as man’s capacity to comprehend paradox, and reshape the universe through reason.

But if you mean the other kind of god, that is the self-proclaimed, gym-mirrored, solipsistic demigod of modern narcissistic culture, then you’ve already been defeated. Because you’ve mistaken ego for divinity, and there is no faster route to enslavement than that.

The true enemy of godhood is not man, but the imperial system that convinces you your “godhood” is located in your body, your impulses, your ability to dominate others. That is not divinity. That is a behavioral feedback loop, engineered by technocrats who’d rather have you believe you’re a god than become a sovereign thinker.
