So is Hell really forever?

If I died without repenting and went to hell, then Can’t I just go to heaven just by repenting in hell?

What happened to Adam & Eve who didn't repent nor believed in Jesus Christ because he wasn't born yet? Luke 16:19-3 said Adam and Eve are in purgatory aka Abraham's bosom. But Purgatory is in Hell. correct?

1 Peter 3:18-20 and 1 Peter 4:6 said, Jesus went to hell, and then ascended back to Earth and then ascended to heaven. How do you explain that?

From what I understand you can't repent in hell because you're ... well ... dead. At most someone else can pray for you.

They got saved by Christ, who went snatched them from the devil.

I think in Hebrew texts purgatory is something like a waiting room rather than fiery painful hell...

it’s more like Hell is outside time
it’s always existed and always will but that doesn’t mean time passes

when Jesus died he preached in Hell to all the souls that didn’t get a chance to hear the gospel
that way the only ones who remain in Hell are those that continue to want it
