Let's say for the sake of argument (and probably this touches on Rawls' "veil of ignorance") but if there existed a syringe whereby injecting it would permanently change your ethnicity, would you do it? You can't change back is the kicker.

Changing your ethnicity is not going to somehow change your shame culture

Again, it depends on your current ethnicity. If an Indian could take a shot and become white, it would be wise to spend every last penny it has on such a shot. Muscles are far less important in that context. Also, your statement doesn't follow logically to begin with.
