No, that's not what the Bible even says. The Torah is pretty clear that Yahweh is one among many gods and was given jurisdiction over the Israelites alone.

This pattern doesn't belong to either of those groups. The Bible continuously selects the lowest of the low to represent God and sometimes even explicitly makes it a point. In the book of Judges God uses all imaginable ways to use the underdogs and the marginalized to reveal his glory: women, tiny groups of people, banished sons of prostitutes...
