Do you think suicide would be unfavorable towards God, if He existed?

It would depend on what said God would want from us and expect from us, which we have no actual way of knowing at this time so this question is impossible to answer. Most religions condemn suicide, but there are some religions (mostly just suicide cults) that actively encourage it

Well, all the information we have to go by comes from existing religion, and like I already said, most religions already condemn suicide.
I think suicide is wrong on secular grounds because having someone succumb to suicide is amount to not treating an illness, which I believe we as a society are obligated to do, just as we are obligated to treat any other illness as to avoid needless suffering.

People often say that atheism leads to nihilism, but I don't necesarilly agree with this. Not believing in a personal God or a specific religion does not necesarilly preclude any speculation of the metaphysical or some greater unknown purpose I think. But maybe I'm more of a soft atheist or Deist in this regard. I think what makes religion harmful is that it sets up your expectations for dissapointment because it teaches that the purpose of life is to serve God in hopes said God rewards you. I think it's much healthier that we mentally prepare ourselves for the idea that the purpose of life itself may simply be to enjoy the world for what it is, and that life itself is the reward. But I understand that this way of thinking may not be satisfying to a lot of people

If you treat life as though it is the reward in and of itself, then I think it can be. The fact that we exist at all is nothing short of spectacular if you really think about it.

The premise is all wrong because God doesnt exist.
Even if he does, we dont know his thoughts, his processes.

You're describing the nature named, "Son of Man".
But there is a another nature named, "Son of God". The Son of God does exist, and so does his father.

Hasnt god created mental conditions that cause suicidal thoughts? Like there are measurable changes in your brain chemistry that if you trigger it it causes suicidal thoughts, if you reverse it those thoughts disappear. Would be strange for such a god to send souls to hell for conditions it created, unless you believe god wants some souls to be damned for whatever reasons.
