Jesus did perform some miracles in Nazareth, but very few.

>So he was not able to perform any mighty deed there, apart from curing a few sick people by laying his hands on them.
>He was amazed at their lack of faith. He went around to the villages in the vicinity teaching.

It was their lack of faith. If you're an atheist, you'll not be able to believe in anything that is not material. Atheism is a disease.

>And coming into his own country (homeland), he was teaching them in their synagogue, so that they were amazed and said: "Where [did] this man [get] this wisdom and these powers (miracles)?"
>Isn't this the son of the carpenter (craftsman)? Isn't his mother called Mary, and his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?"
>"And his sisters, aren’t they all with us? Where then [did] this man [get] all these things?"
>And they were scandalized by him (took offense at him). But Jesus said to them: "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
>And he did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.

Pay attention, atheists. You see nothing Divine because you don't want to. It is your choice. And it doesn't even matter if I warn you or not, you'll not believe anyways.

Jesus Christ was unable to absorb enough Faith particles to perform any miracles in Nazareth. So sad, quick guys lift your arms into the sky so God can absor your Ki and start doing miracles again.

It is not just doubt, but stubborn refusal to believe. It doesn't matter what I say or what anybody say, the atheist will not believe.

It is pointless to talk to atheists.

I just thought the way you phrased it to be funny. Implying that Jesus was incapable of working miracles in Nazareth because people did not believe.
What bible verses are you quoting, by the way?

Ah, Matthew.
Still you misinterpreted the verses.

You have a shitty taste in Bible translations btw.

Not strictly true depending on what you mean by material. I consider myself to be an atheist and I think there's something to NDEs that might indicate an afterlife, and I also think there's probably something to some other supernatural stories. I just don't believe there's an all powerful deity watching over and managing the whole system.

Two pair! 22 & 44

Atheist anon here, I dont believe anyone survives the death of the body, I dont believe in the soul or spirit, I dont believe in the supernatural whatsoever, I only believe humans have a mind and body and when the body dies the mind is gone like a flame is snuffed out, because the brain is the engine which the mind runs on

Not for you, obviously. But then again, atheists can't really reason, can they?
