Im a mexican and i can tell you that wouldnt happen ever.
The president at that time needed the support of the United states so he could do the oil expropiation.
The only nazi group at the time were the golden shirts, a sonorense group that was anti chinese (there were many chinese inmigrants in sonora back then) and it barely was meaningful in politics back then.
The Union Nacional Sinarquista was the most important far right party, but they were against Nazism
