If you say God is fake that simultaneously goes against all Abrahamic religions, in fact almost all atheist arguments are against every religion. There's very few atheist arguments that only work against Christianity and not Islam and Judaism.

The thing is that Jews, Christians, and Muslims all simultaneously believe that their God exists and the others are fake. So of course, they would logically assume the statement "God does not exist" is directed at them and not the others who are just crypto atheists in their retarded minds.
