The Ottomans had conflicts with the Habsburgs, they wanted to remove them as a threat, but rather than assuming full control, they would most likely install a puppet ruler or someone more neutral, as they were already overextended.
Also the Ottomans did lay siege to Vienna before and failed, even without any hussars harassing their retreat.
