Has no one ever stopped to wonder how old Adam was when he was first created? Eve had to have been the same age (since they were both created on the same day).

I can't imagine them being full grown adults at the time. Possibly mid to late 20's? Maybe early 30's?

Adam (and Eve, since she is barely a few hours younger than him) had Seth when he was 130 years old, and Genesis 5:4 pointedly focus on the fact that Eve had a lot more children afterward.
Adam died when he was 930 - Genesis doesn't specify when Eve died but it's irrelevant to the narrative at this point.
Best to assume she had her menopause long, long after the usual 40 to 45 years old deadline.
