God is the one who sent him to Hell and allows him to exist. Satan just wanted to gift mankind knowledge and was punished for it. God is unironicaly the bad guy according to the Abrahamic faith.

Satan IS God in the Bible.

That's because Satan is a TITLE meaning "Adversary" which does occasionally describe how YHVH acts towards his own chosen people and others. The idea of Satan as an existential enemy of God (or even one connected to the serpent in the Garden of Eden) is complete fanfiction.
