>"I know you're gonna betray me, so just think about it. 30 silver isn't that much in the long run."
Gee, that wasn't so hard. Why did he let himself die? And is it even betrayal if he knew it would happen?

Voluntary sacrifice is often seen as ultimate loyalty.

Yeah

You'd think rabbi godman could say or do something that will prevent one his close apostles from going down a tragic path. Calls himself savior but just let's this dude down. If you saw one of your friends about to drive drunk and possible ruin his life most people would probably stop him. Not yeshua though.

Nope he just watches it happen because it's all part of his drama wank

Iโ€™m not even Christian, but itโ€™s quite obvious in their beliefs that Jesus HAD to die for our sins. He probably knew, but let it happen anyways because he loved Judas, and loved humanity.

It was the price of the high end meat that abel offered to god that got him killed, it is a reenactment of the brother betraying brother story of genesis since judas and jesus were both brothers in the tribe of judah.

It wasnt about the silver. Judas wanted Jesus to become a Barabbas. Judas was attempting to force Gods hand like the jews in Israel (and dispensational "Christians" in the USA) are doing today.
Judas was an accelerationist and a wicked human being; frozen in the jaw of satan within the ninth circle of hell.

>why did he let himself die?
Passion (https://www.etymonline.com/word/passion). Mind the meaning of the word. Jesus' passion was our liberation from the cycle of birth and death. He showed us the path to become one with God as he did. Jesus did not came to create Christianity, he showed the path to Self-Realization.
>is it even betrayal if he knew it would happen?
The intention is what matters to God, so yes, it was a betrayal.

"often seen as" is carrying a whole lot of weight in that sentence though. Factually it is submission, betrayal of the self.
