There are Churches in the middle east who've endured persecution from locals, Romans, Arabs, Ottomans, and political secularism which still exist today, the society which you speak of will descent into the ones of deviants, nobody will see the reason to marry and start families and birth rates will fall, not even potential children will be brought in due to contraceptives and abortion.
