The truth is they believe, most likely incorrectly, that society would flip overnight, because vast sums of wealth would have then been wasted on the prevailing academic consensus that biological races are perfectly equal, therefore inequalities are the result not of biology but of racism, social and economic factors all of which can be mitigated.
If race is actually a significant factor, well race can not be changed and this means that money was WASTED.

The social sciences used to be sciences, and by that I mean, they did their research and wrote their theories using the scientific method. Not sure what happened over the last hundred years or so, but nowadays, the consensus seems to be that empirical evidence is fake if it doesn't affirm the most recent update to the grand narrative of a particular field of research. Also, many social scientists (especially in western Europe and North America) have a habit of nitpicking, abusing semantic loopholes, deliberately misrepresenting statistical data, rejecting first-principles reasoning in favour of subjective opinions dressed up in the language of predicate logic, and just generally having massive egos. I don't like those types, but I respect them for being self-aware enough to know that language is just a Wittgensteinian word game, and that anything can mean anything if you really want it to.

I think there's actually an organized and dedicated group of people out there in some bot farm making these endless images and schizographs, and they've been pumping these images out since 2009. At this it's obvious that this isn't some grassroots movement right-wingers on social media attempting to break some glass ceiling regarding what they believe is wreckless racial egalitarianism. To me it's clear there is a dedicated reactionary bot farm pumping these out specifically to spread misinformation and support their own ethnonationalist politics.

You don't even need to be a genetic scientist to see through this bullshit. If race and IQ were intrinsically genetic, then it should remain static even in the face of other factors like increased access to education or nutrition, but it doesn't. You can't look at this MSPaint image and explain why IQ has gone up over time regardless of racial composition of a given population. Things like nutrition and education DO explain this phenomenon, however.

You really can't imagine why someone would try to substantiate racial intelligence differences? A lot of people believe in them. Nor are they wrong in the spirit of their belief, as different cultures have different degrees of sophistication and race is culture + history. People just don't understand intelligence. Intelligence is your response to a given circumstance. Knowing how to spell "chrysanthemum" is not intelligence. Plotting far into the future or studying the past does not make one smarter. The question of how intelligence is spent and utilized is far more relevant, as even the smartest human isn't likely to outsmart a dog in split second decisionmaking with a clear objective.
