Jesus was who He said He was, God’s Son who was sent from Heaven to live on Earth and die for our sake.

So you can either believe Jesus, or not believe Jesus.

But it is only God that matters.

The Bible is his Word.

It is written with his own hand.

Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me".

And he is the only way to Heaven.

The only way to get there, is to believe and accept what Jesus says about himself.

It's a bit more complicated than that since it's difficult to know what Jesus's claims were.
