So i just learned the other day we've deciphered the Linear B scripts. Does anyone know the most important linear B texts that we have translated so far? How possible will it be to decipher something like the indus valley script?

Those logistics are pretty boring but I guess it gives a great insight to the economy of one of the oldest advanced civilizations. I wonder why they never wrote literature and stuff like that, i guess they just told it orally.

Yeh that's a good point. I heard there's a rumor that they were trading with mesopotamia, so if luck has it, there could be a rosetta stone type object out there for use by traders of some sort. There's more of a chance of decipherment with the indus valley script than any of the South American civilization scripts.
