Prisoners can probably revolt and take over a prison more often than they realize. The issue is that (1) most of them are retarded and (2) no one wants to be the one to die. So they don't try to take over because they understand that means a lot of them will get shot.

Using the word "enslaved" as leftists do gives the impression that Europeans personally captured and enslaved blacks like Muslims did. I think a lot of normies actually do believe Europeans ran around doing this rather than buying slaves from African markets. Now this certainly created an economic incentive to procure slaves, so in an indirect sense Europeans are responsible for people being enslaved that way, but the enslaving was done entirely locally without their involvement
