Then we just run cable up to the surface and sell the power. We could all be rich just by tapping an unutilized resource and it's 100% renewable also. Technology isn't the problem, it already exists. I'm feeling pretty confident about the prospectus I'm putting together, hardest part will be getting investors/bankers to take me seriously but I'm confident once they see my model actually working, I can bring them over...

I'd anything I'm worried about it being to successful. Is hell infinite or limited? I can envision a day when hell is totally tapped out and there just isn't enough tormented souls to generate the heat required to supply enough power to reach demand. At that point, the "hell economy" system will seek to condemn more souls. This could be bad obviously. Idk we can deal with that when we get there I guess... Give it to me straight, what problems do you foresee if any. Also I'm willing to take on business partners in this endeavor, I've already got a driller with like 20+ years in the petroleum industry on the team.

Drilling through the mantle, for starters.

It's only like 2k miles, that's not even the distance across the US. We can melt our way there through the rock like in that movie "the core". Or maybe freeze fracture the rock? It's also likely their is already an existing tunnel if we could just find it

>It's only like 2k miles,
1. That's a massive distance.
2. That's not what I was getting at. You can't drill through the mantle. They've been trying it for years and have gotten down like 1 inch. It's too hard.

Allow me to correct myself, the farthest they have gotten it 1.2 kilometers according to this article: https://www.newscientist.com/article/2443192-record-breaking-drill-core-reaches-1-2-kilometres-into-earths-mantle/

>China's ultra-deep oil well broke through the 10,000-meter depth mark on Monday, after 279 days of drilling. This is China's first well to exceed a vertical depth of more than 10,000 meters. It has the record for the deepest well in Asia and also the world record for the shortest time taken to drill a 10,000-meter deep well.

Everything has a resonate frequency, they can just match the natural rf of the rock. Or find weak spots or dormant volcanoes or something. bless the bit or something idk. We must do this somehow

The deepest hole ever dug into the Earth is only 40,000 feet deep
The Lithosphere is about 60 miles deep before hitting the ductile part of the Mantle where rock is less solid and where we could potentially extract heat
The problem is that even before this, pressures would be so great it would basically crush most equipment, which makes drilling that far basically impossible and would never be economically viable
