I think I figured it out. We would inject everyone (including Jews) with a mystery serum (via mandatory vaccinations because the west is goy cattle with or without jews), and they would fear the worst.
BUT
all that would happen is they would rapidly regrow their foreskin. But the injections would keep coming (or one would be permanent, or some other factor would become an active environmental force), so they would have to circumcise themselves over and over again, maybe even once a month, to remain Jewish. Some would be clever and know they must only be circumcised once before death to not suffer karet, but for others the peer pressure would be immense.
Some may see it as a filter for who is truly Jewish.
Some may seek to leave.
Some may realize the error of their ways and cease brit milah altogether.
It's an interesting notion. Still mulling over this thought experiment.
Maybe biannually is more reasonable. Twice per year. Once per 3 months is ideal though. 4 times per year. It can't be so infrequent that it's like a haircut or the pain and recovery aspect could be ritualized though. It has to become unbearably tiresome.
The entire body would return to its original state endlessly. Lost limbs would regrow. Empty eye sockets would sprout sight anew. But, this would include the foreskin. So they would have to deal with this. Seeking sacrifice, incompleteness, and imperfect in a world forcing all things to return to perfection at all times.
