First was the Native American genocide, in which around 90% of Native Americans (in both North America and the Americas overall) were killed.
The second is the Holocaust. Whereas the Holocaust took place in Germany and Poland, from 1939 to 1941 (the US entered the war in '41) most of Europe, as well as some other territories, had already been annexed and/or occupied by the Axis Powers before the US was forced to enter the war by the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941:
Austria
Czechoslovakia (parts or whole)
Poland (western half)
France (partial)
Belgium
Netherlands
Denmark
Norway
Luxembourg
Yugoslavia
Greece
Albania
Ethiopia
Libya
British Somaliland
Korea
Manchuria
Parts of China
French Indochina (north)
The United States may have saved the Allies from defeat, but arguably (and I don't know the specifics on this) the war was to some extent a toss-up after the first two years. The Holocaust would probably not been as extensive and destructive, had the United States entered the war sooner.
The third genocide is Israel's genocide of Gaza. The United States is directly funding Israel to this day, although we know very well what they are doing, making the genocide in Gaza a proxy genocide by the United States.
Add to all this the American Civil War and you have a rather speckled history of the United States.
