Union would've been squeezed from both sides, but it's unlikely they'd collapse. Union had more industry, manpower, and Lincoln's leadership. Britain might've backed the CSA more openly, but the Union still wins... Just with a longer, bloodier war and maybe a grudge against Canada afterward.
