OPs yellow piss soraslop is shit. You can run stable diffusion locally and on a 4060 you can make good images at about 20-30 secs per image. You should probably start with inpainting if you're a noob. The sad part is that civitAI which had a ton of models began taking down pretty much everything that had celebs and porn, but there's still some coomer stuff in there.
Flux with comfyUI has gotten pretty popular and is more powerful than stable, but it does have a higher learning curve. But once you get the hang of it you can easily make your own loras
You should also check out WAN which allows you to make videos about 3-6 seconds long. There's a ton of tutorials on YT on how to run it and use it. You can make a ton of smut with it

The installation is pretty straightforward, if you can download drivers, steam, and a game then this shouldn't be difficult. SD 1.5 came out about 2 yrs ago and AI has sped at lightspeed but it's a good place to start. If you have it up and running I could link to some decent inpainting models so you can start making stuff. Once you get the hang of it, you should be able to get off on your own.
/G/ used to have some good resources but I don't know how well they have kept up the threads recently, and yeah reddit has some good links to tutorials as well.
AI benefits most of all from lots of vram, 8 gigs is a little low but it's good enough.
