This guy named Kiyochika who did a bunch of nature scenes and scenes of Japan modernizing in the 1870s, and then in the 1890s he just did a bunch of Imperial propaganda. He did this one book that's just Chinese dudes getting stabbed in the butts with bayonets for 40 pages
