Get rid of the cuts on her arms it comes off as edgy 14 year old girl. I think subtle hand scars might look better, nothing fresh.

If you have an idea that you like it's better to put it down even as an unsatisfactory sketch compared to just never drawing it due to insecurities.
Don't be afraid of using references and go for it, you've got the skills to draw.
