Draw shapes. Cubes, cones, cylinders and spheres mostly. Distort them, cut them into pieces, draw them in different sizes from different angles. This will help a lot with construction and form at least. There isn't really a tool that will help you with everything but drawing basic shapes are an easy way of practicing form which literally everything physical has
