Drawabox. Perspective is the fundamental you should learn the most, it helps with literally everything and is instrumental in solid draftsmanship, you can use in any style, any aesthetic, any subject and it will only improve. It unlocks the simple 2D paper in to 3D space that can be fully filled with anything you want, in a way is like "unlocking the camera" of your artwork, giving you much more choice and dynamic composition in anything you do, plus giving a complete full understanding of shape and form, needless to sya how beneficial that would be to any illustration.

Drawabox teaches you how to fundamentally use this tool in other to understand drawing in a deeper level that can be only achieved trough study.is simple, intuitive, effective and it provides exercises that I still do this day to polish some of my skills and is something an beginner as an experienced artist can benefit. is free, easy to find and I'm always shilling to anyone who asks me how to draw.

You can study anything perspective related and get good results, but draw a box teaches you how to internalize this sorta of thing without relying so much on guide lines and alikes.

Just a recent one I picked at random. and my main point is that by understanding perspective you can add depth to your drawing, it doesn't need to have a particularly blown out perspective to have an effect.

Sinix and ahmed aldoori also have nice rendering vids, I heard a lot of great stuff about aldoori's digital painting course medsmap, didn't try it myself but the 100 apple painting challenge is a pretty good idea to try out. Kinda similar to Drawabox and the 250 cubes challenge.

The thing is, there's no magic bullet teacher or course that will give you insta gains. You will study many different sources and learn a few new things from each one.

Some material that I recommend for figure drawing and anatomy:
Teacher: Vilppu(the old VHS videos), he was the first instructor that I watch and was game changing for me drawing full body figures.
Book: Hampton, Morpho and Stonehouse anatomy's notes(dense but fun to read).
Course: Proko YouTube, Scott Eaton(best one for anatomy), Will Weston class about proportion and basic anatomy and Marco Bucci YouTube(colour and values)
Also, I learn a lot from many random anatomy notes that I find on Twitter

>How did you translate western resources to manga
you need to find an artist who draws in a manga style and study their work
preferably for an artist who posts anatomy studies for you to see how he simplifies the figure in a manga-ish way
I recommend studying this guy's work

>>7594842
I like to simplify the body with the rule of halves, see picrel.
Once I learned the basic proportions and where everything is supposed to be, it clicked better for me. I obviously do a lot of mistakes, but you can always correct everything afterwards. These were supposed to be fast gestures drawings.
Continue with references, don't give up.
What helped me was :
Life Drawing for Artists (Chris Legaspi) and Hide Channel (for the simplification)
Figure Drawing for all it's worth (Andrew Loomis) (for hammering basics proportions in my head)
Stonehouse Anatomy (Junghyun Seok) to understand how basics things works.

Yea, it's difficult. Plus you have to consider the fact that a lot of these parts like the pelvis are tilted, and you have to actually bend the limbs and stuff in perspective

I'm just saying that you can work with a basic mannequin and then adjust from there with the help of references. If you know where things are in relation to each others, use references (measuring roughly by eyes, taking in consideration the negative space) and simplify everything, you will have a solid base.
