Go through a lineart crash course. Now.
That lineart is bringing down the otherwise good drawing, when it should be enhancing it.

I'm not sure if it will work for you, but I found that a clear sign of good settings for a lineart brush is that it makes cross-hatching pretty and a joy to do pretty in large amounts. Do some hatching and adjust until it feels great.

Looking at your latest example, I'm wondering if your stabilizer is set too high. Just from the way it looks to me.
