Subject matter is nice
Try to work on your sketching and get more familiar with your tools, it feels like you're using soft edge brushes and airbrushing to try to cover some issues in your forms and consistency, but you're not really doing that very effectively since the light source is kinda random.
I can't really see anything that's glaringly out of place though, it's just a bunch of smaller mistakes that add up which is better than a lot of people here.

Nobody literally knows what causes it but its assumed to be from HGH+Insulin usage since it didn't show up as a thing until the late 90s/00s. It's either from organ enlargement or visceral fat deposit, which stretches the abdomen out beneath the muscles. It's why you can still see the abs.

Some people hate it, some people find it attractive.

The subject is grotesque to me, but id say learn the fundamentals, basic 3d shapes, right now it feels flat, and study anatomy, bridgemann or whatever other master you think looks appealing, figure drawings from life or reference, there are also books on color and light and how to render.
