Post pandemic. My values didn't let me get the jab and was unemployed at the time so I scared I'd be homeless, on top of that I just went through a break up. I fucking tried everything to get my confidence back, working out, wrote poetry, journal'd, read stoic philosophers and some art therapy. I never finished these because I found it too gay.
