What are some of your favorite art styles in anime/manga and why? I really like Kotha Hirano's artwork for Hellsing, the stylized proportions mixed with the heavy inking, overall dark aesthetics and stylish character designs gives it a fairly unique look compared to most other action seinen out there

I like Hyung Min Woo's angular style very much, specifically on the Priest series. Its a shame the guy just doesnt finish his works, its clear (mostly because he said so himself) that Hyung based the story on the Blood series and Id dare say he even got inspiration from Hirano's Hellsing, they're styles are somewhat similar in my opinion.

I also like Yoji Shinkawa's artstyle and of course some of the old masters Tetsuo Hara, Yoshinari, Kawajiri, Nagai, Miura. Westernwise I'd say Simon Bisley's and Brom's work is very in line with that grimdark aesthetic I usually look for, although its not strictly manga/anime/manhwa, it'd be cool to see a hybrid between those.
