How do you store your reference or inspo photos for your own character designs? I know some people who make pinterest boards, but pinterest is heavily censored and filled with slop.
Do you keep everything on one sheet?
Dump it all in a folder of hundreds of pics?
Wing it and go from memory?
Or do you keep an autisticly detailed sheet just in case you want to comission somebody?

I was surprised to learn that their team draw concept and its asset on a large drawing tablet rather than a display tablet. Always thought that game companies supplying their in house artists with 50 inch wacom or something because it was common in college and university

Those are fanmade though, right? I collect artbooks and guidebooks and sadly the official materials companies decide to release are often really bare sheets

It's all in me head, then pull up a picture when I get stuck. Smooth workflow.
