Is there a photography 101 book/course/guide relevant to people who draw? Like for:
- taking a good picture of my drawings and share it online
- understanding why photo references are inferior to live drawing

There's actually a good amount to learn from photography in terms of composition, and there's plenty of good resources out there for that, but if you're looking specifically for answer to those two questions, you can quite literally just look it up - I'm sure there's even good answer from the plebs on reddit, they're hardly deep topics requiring an entire book, or even an entire chapter to themselves.
