I think my art’s starting to get worse? Though it could just be me getting anxious about being surrounded by objectively better artists this summer, however I’m unsure

To give you some credit, your art is so unappealing that I would have hid it at your "peak" as well as your bottom.

Honest opinion, those circle, line, spiral, etc. exercises/warmup are a lifetime thing.
But even the greats get worse when they get older. Oda, anyone?

I don't like using the Tumblr art moniker but this is the most Tumblr looking stuff I've seen in a while. I think they're nice even if the stylization isn't my cup of tea, and you're able to make those pieces feel "complete" even if it's low /int/ which is quite good. Your older stuff has warmer, more pleasant colors than the more recent ones. There's also more texturing details and patterns, and more thought out composition and setups even if they're still a bit basic. In comparison the rightmost one has poor composition and color choices, I think an outline on the hair would make it pop out more too.

I wouldn't call it "getting worse" as much as you're probably just trying out new stuff. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Madness is to keep doing the same things and expect a different result every single time

You can benefit from not drawing in this poonery art style that's been circulating since 2020, but I don't expect you to knowing what kind of person you are.
