Do you have recommended finger and wrist stretch/exercises? Luckily, the pain is on my non-dominant hand. Although my dominant hand starts to exhibit issues. Doctors are a bit hands-off, and only prescribe a splint.

It's funny how that pic is still going around /ic/ after 4 years, my random print screen from a youtube video that I watched back in 2021 became a meme.
It's also sad bcuz I still didn't make it fml.

I don't draw using my wrist, I use my fingers and my arm.
I have a "NSD Spinner" I use occasionally. And an electrostim unit that I've tried on my forearm.

>gets them stuck at permabeg because they can't draw as much

Constantly bending your wrist back and forth at steep angles with your fingers also in such a position makes the tendons rub against the other connective tissues. Doing this enough causes swelling, the lubricants in your body cease to be inadequate, and you get damage.

Please do, I got moderate carpal tunnel in my dominant hand, have been learning to draw with my non dominant hand for the past 6 months or so, been kinda fun ngl. Youve probably heard this a million times but draw using your shoulder, draw a bit bigger than u do now to compensate for the shoulder movements. With the level of shoulder control im at now, i can maybe fit a couple sketches in a b5 page. Drawing from the shoulder is more fun too, at least to me. Beeg swoopy flowy lines

No one here draws so much that they develop a wrist pain.

You don't draw at all hence why you think time spent moving joints = injury and not other factors.

See? People donโ€™t draw that much here.
