Any tips for drawing in that sweet moe artstyle? I can't seem to get the hang of it
you'll just have to deal with a lot of referencing, reference to hell! the most defined feature of moe is the eyes, hair, and the coloring. Your best bet for exact guides is looking up old speedpaints on youtube. Don't lookup "moe art speedpaint" or whatever, look up just anime speed paints and sort it before like... 2015? by adding "before:2015-01-01" to the end of ur search. Pinterest is your best friend, but also look into visual novels and the art behind some (you can usually find sketches of sprites and hell maybe if youre lucky enough a full process video) Nowdays moe seems to be very loli centered since people love larping as that one girl from tiktok, but for realizes js study old anime art from the 2000s (visual novels, manga, other things) and with time you'll master it
>>7612994 (OP)Stop thinking about noses as noses and start thinking about them as dots indicating where the skull begins to slope towards the eye sockets instead. Moe noses are barely visible without dramatic lighting.
Also lower the eyes

OP, there isnt one way to moe, what artists inspired you to go moe?
general tips:
>lower eyes
>dont detail the nose too much
>chubby cheeks
>dont be afraid to exaggerate facial proportions or bodily proportions
>the mouth should be short and small, should not go further than the corner of each eye

Literally just study anatomy and don't study western art.
