He drew a lot, 1500+ drawings in his sketchbook thread. Didn't seem to have a strict routine, just drew a lot and all types of things.
quick 30s, 60s and longer figure drawing from posemaniacs, drawing from life, still lives, value studies, perspective studies, anatomy studies etc.. daily self-portraits, digital painting, and sketching in his sketchbook.

Aside from just consistently drawing and doing a ton of studies with a large variety, he was also surrounded in an environment of people aiming to become or already were industry professionals. Can see at times he also tried to emulate Min Yum(bumskee), Wesley Burt and others that were active on ca.org.
