Street artists are on another level in terms of speed. I don't know how long this one took but it is inconceivable to be able to do it in a reasonable amount of time.

Pauline already had a render and footage months ago and if you can draw DK you can draw that one easily. It's not like it's a compeltely new super detailed character.
The background and most shading is also just smears.
You only really need detailed faces.

Nah this one is drawn. You can see at the lower left in the background with that dark purple mountain where there's like a sawtooth edge to it. This happens when you use large brush size to paint quickly in CSP. Now, if it's painted over AI is anyone's guess but I don't think this is one. Especially with that lots of strokes on DK's fur (what are you gonna do? Trace or paintover every single strokes over a prompt? Lol)

what's to train retard? an accurate prompt is what you need considering that it's a reskin of an existing character, even if details can be wrong the artist can fix them manually

Learn to paint. As you can see from your image there is no lineart. That alone saves at least an hour, maybe more. Once you learn that painting is really only a few steps you could paint this whole thing in an hour or two.
It's just about experience.

Speed can be trained the same as any other art skill, look into tips for animators and comic artists and you’ll find some good stuff
