Does anyone know how to identify this work, the title and artist?

DESU looks like a local random artist. Did you get it from a thrift store?

Signature seems to say "Robin" with the I stylized with a star.

Looks similar to art of Michel Canetti but at the same time this looks to be done with acrylics or oils instead of watercolors so its obviously not that artist.

I'd say this is a nobody artist and you picked it up from a thrift store.
